Judging by the flamed maple top and highly stable satin-gloss finished roasted maple neck alone, the build-quality and aesthetics are already perfectly balanced. Based on Larry's very own ST-guitar, the sound and feel of this model also matches up, giving it the same distinctive ST-style multi-sided tonality. To deliver that necessary sonic punch and flexibility, a single-coil has been mounted in the middle and neck positions, while the humbucker at the bridge delivers more beefy tone and but can be coil-split via the push/pull tone pot for single-coil-style sound. The considerately basic layout of the electronics leaves you free to focus purely on playing while an incredibly secure set of locking tuners and a six-saddle two-point tremolo bridge maintain stable pitch and intonation.
